Teenagers spend an average of 31 hours a week online and nearly two hours a week looking at pornography, according to a study.

    I think it’s inappropriate and parents fault first of all. My child would spend all his leisure time on the Internet if I let him. I limit my 11 years old to 1 hour per day of total screen time for games, surfing the Internet and 2 hours on the weekends, plus whatever time he need for homework. I set time limits on the Internet with parental control tool called Ez Internet Timer. It can block Internet browsers, chat programs, e-mails separately. I often set the program to turn off MSN and Skype while my kid does his homework.
