I got active on social media in 2007, when I became a Twitter addict, and continued all through last year, expanding my social media empire onto LinkedIn, Facebook, Flickr, FriendFeed, Tumblr, and more. But recently, I’ve hit a bit of a wall. It’s not that I’m pulling back from social media involvement — I’m still hooked. But I’m having a tough time figuring out what the next step is. I’m having a tough time figuring out what the business value of all this is, or will be.
