RIAA Lawsuit Broadcast?

The 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments last week over whether or not the RIAA’s lawsuit against Boston University student Joel Tenenbaum should be allowed to be broadcast when it goes to trial. It would be the first time a lawsuit by the Recording Industry Association of America would be broadcast to the public. The RIAA claims trial footage could be misappropriated and used to undermine the case.
